Day 5. Not just fresh tracks, but first tracks down Logchute.

If you can make them out, Joel's on the right, Per down the middle, and mine on the left.

A new addition for Per's Birthday

Per will turn 11 today! In celebration, we've added another member to our family. As a tortoise, she will get truly giant and out-live all of us. Like the rest of our animals, she's female. She needs a name! Any suggestions?

Single track from the top of the gondola

It was fun.  Zigzagging under the gondola and through beautiful wildflower strewn trees.  But it was tiring!  Especially for the hands.  This was a blue square trail, Big Mamba.  Next time we'll see about a green circle, for the sake of our hands.  Per and Oli may someday do a black diamond, but I never intend to!  Climbing mixed in with downhill is a better mix for me.
